Small Group Leaders
Are you passionate about helping youth love God and understand His Word more? Shiloh would love for you to serve in Shiloh Youth.
As a leader, you would guide the 5th-8th graders to grow in their love for God and His Word. We have Wednesday night studies as well as Sunday morning services. On Wednesdays, small group leaders help facilitate discussion so that the youth can grow in relationship with God and with each other. This is an important role in helping the youth think about and discuss their questions and curiosities about the faith so they can grow spiritually. You could develop relationships with the youth and see how they grow as we continue to discuss. On Sunday mornings, we would love to have someone be a familiar face who can encourage these students, build a godly relationship with them, and be a godly example for the kids to see.
